1 large fresh apple

1/2 cup seedless grapes--red or white

1 stalk of celery

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise

Black pepper to taste

One 12.5 can of fat-free white meat chicken, drained or 1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken breast, diced


Place chicken into a large mixing bowl.  Keeping skin on, chop apple into small pieces.  Chop celery and grapes.  Add to chicken, along with the pecans.  Add mayonnaise and mix well, should be creamy. Season with black pepper to taste.  Serve on salad greens.
